About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Systems Transformation Director and lead Kensa’s ambitious ERP and systems transformation initiatives. Your expertise in programme leadership, stakeholder engagement, and resource management will ensure seamless alignment between Kensa’s strategic goals and the technology projects you oversee. You will develop a comprehensive demand and delivery roadmap, create robust governance frameworks, and drive transformation through actionable insights and continuous improvement. As a Programme Manager, you will drive change and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Programme Leadership: Direct the end-to-end delivery of ERP and systems transformation programmes. Define roadmaps, align projects with business value, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, from executive leadership to external vendors. Ensure alignment through clear communication, regular updates, and effective decision-making.
- Project Delivery & Governance: Implement robust programme governance, maintaining accountability for quality, budget, and timeline across all projects. Monitor key performance indicators and adapt plans to mitigate risks.
- Resource & Financial Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure financial alignment with strategic objectives. Partner with procurement teams to oversee vendor contracts and deliverables.
- Risk & Change Management: Proactively address risks, leading change initiatives that facilitate smooth ERP adoption. Partner with change teams to address user needs and foster positive engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct retrospectives to refine processes and apply lessons learned. Stay updated on new technologies and industry practices, pushing boundaries to improve project outcomes.

About You
We are searching for a personable, strategic leader with expertise in ERP systems and systems transformation, strong programme governance experience, and the ability to navigate complex multi-phase projects.
- Proven experience in project and programme management, with a focus on ERP transformation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and expertise in systems integration and data migration.
- Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide clear, concise communication.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to keep projects on track.
- Strong financial management skills with a track record of managing large budgets.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile Scrum Master) are a plus.
