Core Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 12:30pm on Friday

As an Assembly Operative, you will work in our cutting-edge lean-manufacturing facility, assembling products to the highest quality standards. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to innovative solutions that are shaping the future of sustainable heating.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assembling heat pumps and ancillary products by following technical drawings and work instructions, this may include mechanical and electrical assembly and product testing.
- Maintaining the highest quality standards by inspecting products for faults and defects.
- Reporting any issues or incidents to the Team Leader.
- Adhering to established safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Training in multiple assembly disciplines, including opportunities to develop skills in brazing and silver soldering.
- Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and deliver exceptional results.
About You:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with your team and other departments.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to identify faults in the assembly process.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- An inquisitive approach to understanding processes and resolving issues.
- A team player with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
