Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are searching for a talented Business Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming our business systems, driving efficiencies, and supporting our journey toward net-zero carbon goals.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business functions, connecting processes and overseeing systems projects from end to end. You will be instrumental in supporting our ERP transformation programme, developing Microsoft PowerBI reports, and analysing data to inform strategic decisions. This is an opportunity to drive significant business change, enabling Kensa’s rapid growth and expanding our impact across the UK.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement - Collaborate with teams to map, analyse, and improve end-to-end business processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
- ERP Transformation Support - Play a key role in Kensa’s ERP systems transformation, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft stack.
- Project Delivery - Plan, document, and deliver improvement projects, ensuring seamless implementation of new processes.
- Documentation & Training - Create as-is/to-be process maps, training materials, and local procedures, and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
- Post-Implementation Validation - Verify new processes to ensure they deliver expected performance.
- Data Analysis - Develop and deliver Power BI reports and Power Apps to inform data-driven decision-making.

About You:
We need a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in driving business systems transformation and process improvements, ideally within complex organisations.
- Change & Project Management - Understanding of change management and project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
- Process Improvement - Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement tools.
- Technical Expertise - Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, and developing Proof of Concept (PoC) applications. Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM systems, with the ability to engage software suppliers and advise on best practices.
- Stakeholder Management - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset - Skilled in requirements gathering, data mapping, and translating user needs into actionable solutions.
- Architecture Skills - Ability to advise on systems architecture and integrations, including mapping data between systems and ETL (extract, transform, load) processes.
