About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of ground source heat pump installation projects. Your responsibilities will span a range of activities to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating sub-contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with regulations.
- Preparing and reviewing essential documentation such as risk assessments, method statements, and project schedules.
- Managing on-site health and safety, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Liaising with clients, householders, sub-contractors, and internal teams to communicate schedules and progress clearly.
- Coordinating the timing of deliveries and addressing on-site challenges with a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Supporting training for sub-contractors on Kensa’s products and installation specifics.
- Monitoring site progress, producing detailed project valuations, and recording compliance information for reporting purposes.
- Representing Kensa professionally to enhance our reputation as an industry leader.

About You:
- Experience: Transferable skills from a similar project-based role in construction environments.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in construction management.
- Characteristics: Be precise, detail-oriented, and an adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a small team or working independently.
- Essential Skills: CSCS card, SMSTS, and a valid UK driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Desirable Skills: Certifications in mental health first aid, manual handling, asbestos awareness, first aid, COSHH, or working at height.
