About Kensa:

The UK’s heating system is outdated, costing both people and the planet too much. At Kensa, we’ve been leading the charge since 1999, manufacturing and installing affordable, green heating solutions with minimal impact on the electricity grid. We’re responsible for over half the ground source heat pumps installed in the UK. Our networked heat pumps are the cheapest, cleanest way to heat and cool millions of homes and businesses, and even entire towns. By 2040, up to 8,000 homes a week could be connecting to these heat networks, eliminating 17Mt of CO2 a year, equivalent to that of over half of all UK flights. About the role:

We are searching for a Project Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving challenges, and inspiring others to deliver outstanding results. This role involves managing multiple Domestic and Commercial installations, ensuring they are delivered smoothly, safely, and on time.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the delivery of Domestic and Commercial projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with householders, clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project communication and scheduling.
• Attend pre-contract meetings to advise on technical requirements, health & safety, and contractual matters.
• Prepare construction phase plans, risk assessments, and health & safety policies.
• Oversee project schedules, financial forecasts, and progress monitoring.
• Manage the commissioning process to ensure compliance with MCS, ECO, RHI, and building regulations.
• Supervise Site Managers and ensure adherence to CDM regulations.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in Project, Site, or Construction Management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and ensuring projects stay on track.
• Excellent communication skills and first-class customer service.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and can pivot when unexpected challenges arise.
• Flexibility - this role will involve a mix of home, site, and office based working each week.
• A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to achieving net zero goals.
• Strong MS Office skills.
