What you’ll be doing

We’re searching for an enthusiastic and reliable Labourer to help deliver a large-scale retrofit project in Renfrewshire. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll work within a supportive team helping to transform residences with new energy systems. The role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for health and safety in the workplace.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out general labouring tasks such as moving, loading and unloading materials.
• Keeping the site safe, tidy and accessible for the team.
• Helping skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, groundworkers) with their work.
• Handling tools and site equipment safely under supervision.
• Following all health and safety procedures to keep yourself and others safe.

What you’ll bring

• A valid CSCS card (essential).
• Someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to work outdoors in all weather.
• Previous site experience is a bonus, but not essential, what matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to muck in.
• A team player who’s ready to learn and adapt to different tasks.
• *PPE and workwear will be provided*
