Marketing Campaign Manager – Social Housing
Location: Truro, Exeter or London (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you a commercially astute marketer with experience partnering with sales to deliver full-funnel multi-channel campaigns? Do you love turning insight into strategy and then implementing this to deliver results all whilst making a real difference? Do you have experience working in or with the social housing market? At Kensa, we’re taking cutting resident bills poverty by transforming the way homes are heated across the UK with networked ground source heat pumps.
We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to create and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns for the social housing sector. Your role will shape how we influence the key decision makers responsible for housing, asset management and sustainability and support residents through the energy transition.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive marketer with a commercial mindset and a track record of delivering results. You will have the autonomy to shape campaigns end-to-end while collaborating with talented colleagues across product, sales, and commercial. You will be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team that values creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive MQL and SQL generation
- Collaborate with sales on sales enablement materials and automated journeys that drive conversion
- Manage the sector campaign calendar, ensuring projects are delivered on time and deliver tangible business results
- Lead the creation of targeted content, from email campaigns and case studies to paid media, events, and video
- Partner with product and customer teams to communicate our unique value and technical expertise
- Measure performance and share insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B full-mix marketing experience, ideally in energy, utilities, housing, construction, or other technical sectors.
- A solid understanding of integrated campaigns and lead generation.
- Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Dotdigital) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and project management skills, able to balance creativity with commercial focus.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and/or experience of/in social housing would be beneficial.
